Kiera walked quickly down to the kitchens. Bella had told Kiera Bruin was in trouble and starving. She was worried about him and would do whatever she could to help him. She had a suspicious feeling Bellatrix was unintentionally behind the warts now covering Bruin's skin. She pushed open the kitchen door.
The large room was empty of everyone. Kiera had gotten lucky. She didnt want anyone asking her questions as to why she needed all this food. Kiera planned to get quite a bit since she did not know how long Bruin would be holed up in his room.
Kiera found a house elf. She knew from experience they did not ask questions as to why you wanted food. It was the Professors Kiera had to watch out for. She asked the House Elf in a pleasant and polite voice if he could find her about four decent meals. Kiera planned to put all this food in her bag so that no one would see it when she left.
Shortly the elf came back with a good deal of food. Kiera thanked him graciously. This is probably more than Bruin will need but I'd rather be safe than sorry! she thought to herself. Kiera carefully put all the food in her bag so that it would not get smushed. There was a bottle of pumpkin juice that she carried in her hands. She didnt want to run the risk of it spilling in her bag.
Once Kiera had everything, she turned and practically sprinted out of the kitchens. Bruin's food smelled excellent. Kiera only hoped he would let her in to take it. She was sure he desperately needed food.
