Certainly being out of school was better than being in school, but he couldn't help but hate the mornings a little more now that he was out of school. It had been easier in school, the mornings were just easier. He could get up and be right where he needed to be for classes. Now as an adult he had work, and usually there was a little hangover from the night before. Which made getting up a little more difficult. But, he was happy. Working for fun, being in the department of mysteries had been everything he'd wanted from leaving school, but the mornings were not. Thankfully, he had discovered coffee. It had never been something he'd been interested before, but it was an honest godsend. It was such a glorious bitter drink. As mid-morning got around he knew he needed that pick me up. The coffee that the ministry had wasn't that great and he wanted something better. Needed something better. He walked out of the ministry and towards Obsidian harbour, he didn't have long for this mid-morning break, but certainly enough time to get some coffee and enjoy it before heading back in.

It was exactly what he did, he got some coffee and sat down on a bench, drinking it slowly and watching as the world went by. It was a nice job he had. His mind frequently went back to Keye and the mistakes he had made with her, but he couldn't do anything about it. He'd made his peace with it, he had told her what to do, if she had listened to him would be another point. A different point. The man was just content with where his life was. The apartment he rented out, the long hours he worked, the bars, the coffee, the people. It was perfect. He had enjoyed all of school's offerings but he was still happier now. Out of school, in the world, and though the mornings were difficult he always had coffee to keep him going.
