Anthony's Rose

[Daisy Parker-Taylor]

Valentines Day wasn't anything special to Daisy, but the thing that made it special at Hogwarts was the rose deliveries. She tried to sign up to delivery every year; she got to meet new people, and give them a bit of happiness.
It was time for her next delivery, and Daisy was exhausted, having traipsed all the way to the Seventh Floor before finding her previous person. However, she was hopefully making people happy, so she skipped in her bare feet down to the Fourth Floor, hoping to find her Hufflepuff person. It was unfortunate that she wasn't allowed in the Hufflepuff room, as she was sure she'd love it, and she'd love hanging out with them. But alas, she couldn't go in, so she asked someone to gather Anthony for her, while she waited outside, humming a song to herself.

 

[Anthony Blade]

Anthony looked up as someone approached him and asked him to go outside the common room. With a smile, he stood up and walked outside. "Hello!" He said, and noticing the rose he smiled even brighter. "Is that for me?" He asked, hoping it was from Clementine but at the same time feeling guilty because he hadn't gotten her one. He would have to plan a surprise.

A voice interrupted Daisy's humming, and she grinned as she saw Anthony. She pushed herself off the wall she was leaning on, taking his rose out of her basket. "You bet your sweet a-" She stopped herself, thinking it would be more proper to not curse, especially in a romantic situation. She'd hate to ruin Anthony's special moment. "Yes it is!" Daisy finished, holding out the pink rose with the note. "Someone liiiikes you." Daisy sang with a smile.
