The note was sent; Izumi couldn't take it back. By an owl she had borrowed, she sent a note to her friend Alfie, telling him to meet her in the new mall. She didn't want to leave, even though it meant seeing Haden; in fact, she'd rather be with Alfie then with Haden; but she couldn't admit that now. She sat down at a seat, twirling a pencil in her hair; she was writing another letter; thinking about leaving it their for him, instead of meeting face to face. She twirled the pencil in her dark tresses, waiting for him. |

Alfie had got the letter from Izu saying to meet her in the new mall. He had ran there, because Atticus refused to drive him. It was a nice day. He ran in the door and looked around a while till he spotted her sitting on a bench. He walked over to her a bit out of breath. He saw she was twirling a pencil in her hair as always, and noted to self to put that in a song. "Hey Izumi!" He grinned. |

Izumi could hear his panting, but pretended to be suprised when he called out her name. "ALFIE!" She yelled out hugging him tightly. She kept the pencil from stabbing him, and hopped that he wouldn't be mad when she told him about France. "So um, wanna sit down?" |

Alfie nodded. "Forever or just for a little while?" He knew how to get both done. "I know how to get you away for a while or we could stage your death for your parents." He looked at her. She had to be serious right. He knew he was. He would do anything to keep her with him. |

"I don't know... i just can't stand it anymore! My mother is... she's just controlling. And daddy left!" She started to cry right in the middle of the store. She had came there to hopefully prevent herself from crying; but it didn't work. She didn't know what to do now that her father had left home; he was the only reason she was saying there. "Please, just don't make me go back there." She said quietly, collapsing into him. |

Alfie watched and held her. "It's alright. Shhhh. You don't have to go back, it's alright I'll take care of you." People were staring. "Come on lets go to my place we can have this done in no time after you decide how you want to do this." He was determaned to help her and he would. |

she cried into his chest, unable to stop herself. She nodded as he asked her to go back to his place. She just wanted to be out of everywhere. She just wanted to be anywhere but at home. So she left with Alfie, glad to feel his arms around her. END SCENE |
