Yes I'm tired. Why am I writing an blog entry when I'm tired? I couldn't be bothered going to bed. Yes I take procrastination to a whole new level

So as you can from my blog last night I was putting off doing an essay that I didn't/don't understand AT ALL Well I just finished it :woot2: I sooo happy, it's unreal. I got about 5 books out of the library at Uni today and thankfully I got something out of all of them So I managed to write 2,453 words (minus a few that don't really count for referencing in the body of the text) There was no max and no minimum of words, so considering we have to write about 1,500 for our other essays I'm pretty darn proud of that. Also, we had to use a minimum of 6 references and I got 11

So that has put my in a good mood. I probably would go to bed (still might) but about 10:30 or so tonight I was too tired, I couldn't even look at the computer screen any more so I went to bed for 2hrs (I only got 2hrs sleep last night :r: ) So even though I am tired, that has kinda woke me up

So lets see, what else happened today? Went into Uni. Had a lecture. I like my lecturer on a Monday, he's a good laugh, some of the things he comes out with is funny. E.g. Today Catriona (a girl in my class) was fussing over her wrist as she had cut it. Robert (my lecturer) asked her what happened, when she replied she cut herself he looked at the girls sitting beside her and started moving his hand over his own wrist and started to mouth "Suicidal" :lawlz: It was sooo funny

He's also really nice because I asked him to help me with some referencing problems I had for the essay I was doing and he fixed it up for me And the worst thing to happen in the class, out of about 30 people (bar Robert) I was the only one to know where Rathlin Island was I know that wouldn't mean anything to a lot of you, you probably wouldn't know where it is either. But it's a small island of the North Coast of Ireland. I sweat I worry about my generation at times -_-

Ummm what else? Oh DUHHHH. HUFFLEPUFF WON THE QUIDDITCH GAME :woot2: SOOOOO happy about that, it was great Such a nerd I even mentioned it in my FB status :rolleyes: But I was so impatient during our seminar because I just wanted to get out and see the result as the Snitch just came out as I left So yes that put me in a GREAT mood Speaking of FB, anyone see my profile page recently? Emmi is one strange girl For anyone that doesn't know it was her birthday yesterday (my time i.e. 2/Nov) and obviously at 12 I texted her happy birthday, but seeing as we are both addicted to Christmas songs I started off 'IT'S CHRISTMAS' :lawlz: Yeah we're that awesome. Anyway yeah, she's left a load of Christmas song references on my page Along with a tag in her status thanking everyone for her b'day wishes, 'especially Patricia Rogers'

So let's see, what else? Oh, after Robert's seminar in the afternoon a man came in from one of the other campus' linked to my Uni, to talk about a career's thing. So he talked and we listened and I must say I was intrigued Basically we sign up for this module/course thingy and we do a minimum of 80 hours work placement and then we get an official Uni Certificate. For those with a P/T job, any work you do there will go to getting the Certificate (or you can do your own job, get a placement and get two Certificates). For those without a job they find you somewhere for work placement (after you send them your CV, I gave mine in straight after ) and yeah seemingly it's really useful for future work etc. And you just do an assessment online (do you feel this helped you blah blah?...) So I'm looking forward to hearing back from them

Oh, went to the library after that to get some books/do work (*cough*sat on HNZ*cough*) and my teacher from the Youth Club I volunteer at rang me. Now tonight I was meant to go back home for Child Protection Training (CPT). Well with an assignment due tomorrow I told her it wasn't happening. Plus it's not like I've had all semester to work on this, the course director put me (and a load of other ones) in the wrong module at the beginning of the year, so we've only had 2/3 of those classes.

But anyway she started saying how it's very important and it's only to cover my back when I'm working with the children. And, how it may be free for me but the Youth Service has to pay a lot of money for those courses. And how because I got on, someone else didn't and now that spot is free. And it doesn't reflect well on my name for signing up for something and then not going. At that point I felt like snapping (but I wouldn't because I couldn't do that to her -_- ) But I DID NOT sign up for that course, she signed me up for it. Yes I know I had to do it, but technically I didn't sign up, so not my problem And throughout it all she was saying in her sweet voice, which really ticked me off.

Ahh well, nothing I can do about it now May as well just wait until next year, and it can soo wait. I mean I've had CPT for the Tall Ships so I know the basics 'Don't touch children blah blah blah'. Also, even if I didn't have the essay due for tomorrow I would not have been happy about going to the CPT because that means I have now missed 3 weeks line dancing That's three new dances I'm going to have to pick up on next week (if I get) plus the new one I miss it sooo much :'(

So I think that's about it I might head to bed now. I don't start Uni until 3:15 tomorrow and I'm in until 4:15, so it's all good. Then tomorrow I plan to catch up on my RPs (I feel so bad for leaving them hanging) and I might do a few more classes But I would really like to start my other assignment that we got an extension on but meh it can wait

So that's it.

   Yay for lack of sleep. I've done the same for the past two days, two/three hours in bed before breakfast shifts. It's not good.
